Sheffield™ Pharma Ingredients, as part of the Kerry group, is a leader in innovation and applications of cell nutrition and excipients, serving the pharmaceutical markets worldwide.
Sheffield™ Pharma Ingredients is the new name of the Pharma Nutrition part of the former Food Ingredients division of Quest International that was acquired by the Kerry Group in 2004.
In 2005 we initiated a campaign to promote the Sheffield™ name for products we produce, service and promote in the Pharmaceutical industry. The Sheffield™ brand name is an icon in our industry with a track record of more than 65 years. To further help distinguish our Pharma Ingredient products and business within Kerry and Kerry Bio-Science, we created Sheffield™ Pharma Ingredients as a dedicated business group.
Sheffield™ Pharma Ingredients offers lactose and ingredients for cell tissue culture and fermentation/diagnostic media that are used for the production of pharmaceuticals and fermented products.
