Sheffield™ has developed UltraPep™ Soy -a new vegetable hydrolysate for animal-free cell culture medium supplements
Sheffield™ has developed a new vegetable hydrolysate that addresses
the need for animal-free cell culture medium supplements while also
minimizing variability concerns. UltraPep™ Soy is based upon a novel
approach to enzymatic digestion and more refined and optimized
processing.
UltraPep™ Soy is an ultrafiltered enzymatic digest
of soy protein utilizing a unique enzyme blend to reduce variability in
the biological performance of the end product. The product has been
designed specifically for cell culture applicaitons and has
demonstrated superior performance with industrially-relevant cell
lines. UltraPep™ Soy also has very good solubility.
