Human Stem Cell Culture with Limited Differentiation
Stem cell expansion with limited differentiation.
For many years, an aim of stem cell researchers has been to maintain stem cell potency and the stem cells' ability to differentiate after in vitro culture. This aim has become increasingly important with new advances in the field and possibilities for stem cell therapy.
More recently, researchers have begun developing media and supplements from defined building blocks with the aim of improved definition, consistency, safety and outcome. Stem cell expansion with limited differentiation being our major objective, we have developed the GEM-Novo serum-free medium and RS-Novo supplement for human stem cell culture and mass production.
Sheffield's RS-Novo is an animal-free metabolic enhancer composed of small molecules that direct cellular pathways and was developed for use in complete media, with or without nutritive feeds.
