Sheffield rAprotinin ACF
An animal-component-free protease inhibitor, designed to prevent the breakdown of protein therapeutics during upstream cell culture manufacture, as well as any protein molecule of interest during research and development. Inhibition of native proteases can result in improved productivity/yields and greater batch to batch consistency. The recombinant inhibitor is an attractive alternative to bovine-derived products that have been widely used for this purpose. Typical dosage is 100 mg/L.
